On the morning of October 11, the production and operation launch ceremony for the new smart cockpit factory of Kunshan Huaxian Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the Development Zone. District leader Zhu Xiaoliang and Zhang Kaisheng, General Manager of Huaxian Optoelectronics, attended and addressed the ceremony. Heads of relevant district departments, company executives, business partners, and employee representatives gathered at the site to together witness Huaxian Optoelectronics entering a brand-new stage of capacity upgrading and technological iteration.
For Huaxian Optoelectronics, this day is more than just a relocation. It marks the opening of a new factory—and, even more, a brand-new starting point reached by a group of strivers after a decade of focus and a decade of perseverance.
Guest Addresses: Recognition and Expectations, Gratitude and a New Departure
At the ceremony, Zhu Xiaoliang, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Kunshan Development Zone, extended warm congratulations on the smooth launch of Huaxian Optoelectronics’ new factory.
He noted that the launch of Huaxian Optoelectronics’ smart cockpit project is a key move for the Development Zone in refining its “1+234” modern industrial system and deepening its presence on the new track of automotive electronics. It carries important significance for shoring up gaps in smart in-vehicle supporting industries and driving the high-end upgrading of the sector. He expressed hope that the company would seize the development opportunity of domestic substitution, continue to deepen technological innovation, and expand its production capacity. The Development Zone, he added, will keep improving the business environment, act as a “gold-medal partner” to enterprises, and provide all-round support to help the company improve quality and efficiency and grow bigger and stronger.
In his address, Zhang Kaisheng, General Manager of Huaxian Optoelectronics, looked back on the company’s ten-year journey of dedicated development and expressed sincere gratitude to the Development Zone Management Committee and partners from all sectors for their strong support.
Going forward, he said, leveraging the brand-new production base, the company will continue to increase R&D investment and sharpen its core technologies, striving wholeheartedly to build a benchmark enterprise for commercial-vehicle smart cockpits with industry influence, and to give back to the local community and empower the industry with quality capacity and innovative achievements.
At the Ceremony: Auspicious Lions Bring Blessings, Golden Scissors Open the Journey
The relocation celebration and production-and-operation launch ceremony was both solemn and vibrant.
After the host’s opening remarks, the auspicious lions took the stage. Mr. Zhang and Mr. Zhang Jiahao together performed the eye-dotting ceremony for the lions. The first dot, on the left eye, fills them with spirit and ingenuity; the second dot, on the right eye, sets ambition upon the world; the third dot, on the forehead, brings thriving fortune from above. Then came the lions’ “green-picking” ritual, in which Mr. Zhang received wealth and good fortune—symbolizing Huaxian Optoelectronics drawing in prosperity from all directions and flourishing year after year.
Following the addresses by Mr. Zhang and Director Zhu Xiaoliang, eight distinguished guests moved to the ceremony area and, holding golden scissors, jointly cut the ribbon. As the golden scissors fell, a brilliant chapter opened.
A group photo captured the precious moment; a door-opening ceremony opened the gates of the new factory; and the unveiling of the plaque at the front desk marked the official opening of the new premises of Kunshan Huaxian Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. Guided by the lions, the guests walked into the new facility and toured in groups the first-floor lobby, the office areas, and the workshops on the second through fourth floors, experiencing up close Huaxian’s brand-new office and production environment.
The New Factory’s Hard Strength: 600 Million Yuan in Investment, 750 Million Yuan in Annual Output Value
The smart cockpit project now going into production has a total investment of 600 million yuan and a total floor area of approximately 26,000 square meters, fitted with specialized workshops for standardized display-module production and touch-cover bonding.
The project occupies approximately 12,000 square meters of land, with a four-year ramp-up to full capacity. Once fully ramped up, it is expected to reach an annual output value of up to 750 million yuan, with annual tax revenue of no less than 22 million yuan.

Founded in 2015, Huaxian Optoelectronics is a high-tech enterprise deeply engaged in the field of smart automotive electronics, focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of products including in-vehicle central control systems, digital instrument clusters, and smart connected electronic control systems.
We have built a high-caliber R&D team and hold more than 60 core patents. We have earned a range of qualifications and honors, including Jiangsu Province High-Tech Enterprise and Jiangsu Province Engineering Technology Research Center, and have established an independent, controllable system spanning R&D, design, and full-process manufacturing. This allows us to respond quickly to market demand and provide customers with efficient, high-quality smart cockpit component solutions.
From 2015 to today; from the Kunshan R&D Center to the Nantong Smart Factory and the Kunshan Smart Industrial Park; from our very first vehicle-mounted screen to the delivery of more than 200,000 units/sets to OEMs including BAIC, SAIC, Sinotruk, and Mazda—we have walked this road slowly, but every step has been firm and solid.
A new factory, a new journey.
